    People should feel ok and not ashamed with not being ok.

    I think every single person in their adult life needs to speak to a therapist.

    The vast array of things we go through in life can cause such an incredible amount of issues within and without of ourselves that we may or may not know about.

    Divorce is even more so a topic that people should seek help to heal through.

    1. Yes Mark, there’s nothing wrong with a person seeking therapy after a crushing divorce. Some men and women can’t mentally cope on their own without some type of mental assistance. I feel there’s nothing wrong with that, if needed.
