1)Who loves more in a relationship…men or women?

In regard to this question, studies were shown that in general, men are actually more romantic than women.

Men also say “I love you” first mainly because they want their true feelings known and they have more positive recollections of their first kiss.

Also, we must add that they are more likely to end a relationship because it lacked “magic.” Saying “I love you” means the most to men and women at different times.

When they feel the ‘fire’ and ‘excitement’ has died down, then so has the relationship.

The answer men! This is backed up by Marissa Harrison, a psychologist from Pennsylvania State University who thinks that women are much more cautious when it comes to love, while men tend to fall in love harder and faster.

Studies show that a man’s requirements to fall in love are significantly less stringent than of a woman.

They are the first to tell their significant other that they’re in love! Love straight from the heart is an emotion most men are not ashamed to display on a continuous base.

8)What do men and women feel the same way?

Research shows it’s a known fact that women and men feel similar things, but sometimes express their feelings differently, often according to society’s conventions.

But both men and women experience the same core emotions such as sadness, anger, fear, and joy. Maybe during the actions of some emotions, men display more of it than women.

For example, women sometime get angry over simple things men wouldn’t. (Men would think they’re silly!) Both sexes experience the same level of fear and joy. Joy is in most of our hearts but a good solid relationship must have plenty of this to succeed.

9)Do men and women value different things when it comes to dating?

When it comes to physical attraction, both men and women claim to value attractiveness; and it seems men do value it more

—but not a lot more. When you look at things, very dude seem to always want a pretty mama on their arm. Someone they just love to show off wherever they go.

The first thing the eye catches is how pretty or handsome the other is.—and examination of actual dating choices suggests that both genders are equally enamored by looks.

The more attractive you are, the more you’ll be sought after. TV seems to promote the idea that the more attractive you are, the more products can be sold. Open image to read more.

10)Which gender is more romantic-men or women?

When we did our research, it shows that we’re a lot more alike than most of us think. So the sexes are no different. Surprising research shows that men may actually be the more romantic gender.

Women care about a mate’s looks more than you might expect. Contrary to stereotype, women are interested in casual sex, but under a much narrower set of circumstances than men are.

But keep in mind that sex isn’t everything! Some folks may fall in love after sex, but it’s only artificial. It’s not ‘long-term’ thinking! They just fall in love with the act of sex and not really the person them self.

11) What men secretly want from women?

Most men are ‘horny as hell.’ It may surprise you to know that though men will fight like brave knights to get a woman into bed when it comes to a long-term relationship, they really seek out women who will surpass them in sexual desire.
Most mean like ‘freaks-in-the-sheets,’ and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Also, he wants the woman to take the initiative more often. Guys like a woman who knows what she wants in bed. He wants a woman to be just as horny as he is. He knows this make for a ‘fun and exciting night.’

  1. Hi Ronald

Wow what a beautiful and comprehensive guide you have compiled. I guess coming the perspective of a woman. I know my husband is very romantic and indeed he is always the one who says “I love you” first. Definitely without a doubt.

I think we have a great relationship because we always communicate and talk things through. Sometimes there’s a pile of conflict but most of the time we are able to work through our issues effectively. I will certainly forward your link to a few friends of mine who could do with a polish up in the relationship department lol! Enjoy your day/evening!

    Kind Regards

    Shelley

    1. Thank you Shelley for checking in and sharing my article. I agree, they’re many couples that can benefit from this information. I’m glad to hear that you and husband know how to work out rough patches when they arise. Who wants to spend the whole evening arguing? As that old Chinese philosopher ‘Confucius’ once said, “Man who argues with his woman at night, gets No piece!”

  2. This is a very interesting post on love between sexes. I have not previously come across the question of who must love more in a relationship. I think the two parties must love equally, as if the one party loves more than the other, it creates an imbalance that will eventually lead to a breakdown in the relationship. You can only receive what you give, so if you give less than your partner, you will also receive less.

For a relationship to last takes hard work and commitment from both parties. Sacrifices will need to be made, but having a stable loving relationship, is well worth the effort that you put in. Thank you for sharing these.

    1. You’re right in regards to relationships dealing on an equal ‘playing field.’ Communication is ‘key.’ That’s the glue that holds it all together! Without good communication. you won’t know where the other person’s head is. Please share, my friend.

  3. Of course, a good relationship and marriage requires love, support and understanding from both parties. It seems to many that it is in women’s nature to love their husbands more, but they show more, while men show their love in a different way. When men don’t show love like we do, we often think that he doesn’t love us anymore.

    1. For some reason Bojana, most men don’t seem to open up the way women would like them to. So It’s not a matter that they love them any less, it’s just that we’re designed that way. Don’t want to give up too much, too soon. Men like to take it slow! Thanks for commenting.

  4. Hello,
Thank you so much for this thoroughly researched topic. It is one of the areas with many “greys”. Almost everyone is right and wrong at the same time! Lo! What caught my attention was the part where you said: “Women consider themselves more important than Men: Study. A new study that is based on a database of 3 million mobile phone subscribers suggests that women feel men can’t survive without them. They are more inclined to ‘invest heavily in creating and maintaining a pair-bond than men. They feel they work the hardest as far as holding a relationship together”. I think this much self-estimate on their (women) part is the route-cause of much of the miss understanding that may emerge and sometimes lead to eventual breakups. In most relationships that break up, it is mostly women who are emotionally very much crushed because it takes them by surprise!! Thank you very much for this post.

    1. Thank you for checking in with me, Hawumba. Women are unique creatures, sometimes very complexed. Don’t try to figure them out, (There’s not enough time on earth)LOL!  As the old saying goes: “You can’t live with them, and you can’t live without them!” So if you are a good decent man, take care of your woman. Good communication goes a long ways.

Regardless of how much shit she gives you, just try working things out. Sure, you’re gonna argue, get pissed and storm out the door. But my brother, the solution to that is go down to the Strip Club, have some shots and get a few lap dances until your woman at home cools off! LOL
